       Capstone Report

This Capstone project addresses the communication challenges common in fast-moving digital health startups, where cross-functional teams often face duplicated work, misaligned priorities, and burnout. To solve this, I developed a modular Communication Toolkit designed to strengthen alignment, encourage constructive feedback, and build trust across teams.

The toolkit is built around a 6-Step Feedback Cycle, incorporating lightweight tools such as pulse surveys, feedback templates, and cross-functional feedback sessions. It equips team leads with training in empathy and Radical Candor, ensuring leaders can role-model open and effective communication.

By adopting this toolkit, organizations can reduce inefficiencies in the short term, while fostering long-term cultural growth through collaboration, continuous feedback, and stronger partnerships.
